Pro tech was given basic lighting layout and fixture schedule and assisted on the design of circuiting all branch lighting. For equipment, office furniture, and general electrical installation Pro Tech was given full design and execution. To match an aggressive construction schedule Pro Tech used prefabrication and advance planning to facilitate the meeting of construction schedule with minimal size crew.  Strategically running a lean crew for layout and planning and infilling with other crews to complete installations.  Emphasis on consistence among our crews to develop a single mind set on execution of the electrical installation to reach the goal that on any day any crew can join the team and be efficient and productive.  In addition, Pro Tech Power assisted in sourcing an alternate VE lighting package and stepping in to cover a scope gap that left the egress lighting plan incomplete. Project location presented significant challenges to constructibility, parking, and material management.
